چکیده
ABSTRACT: This study aimed to assess liver damage and interferon-stimulated gene 15 (ISG15) blood expression as a consequence of embryonic signaling on maternal recognition pregnancy in beef cattle presenting natural ingestion Senecio spp. Epidemiological aspects, the presence plant, associated gamma glutamyl transferase (GGT) activity can be used poisoning diagnosis. Maternal period occurs when embryo secretes interferon tau (IFNT) signal its mother eventually extend corpus luteum (CL) lifespan. In our study, was determined by concentration serum GGT, cytological histopathological examinations. Reproductive status evaluated progesterone, CL diameter ISG15 mRNA Day 19 following fixed-time artificial insemination (FTAI). Cows were categorized into two groups based GGT: Group 1 (GGT<30U/L) 2 (GGT>31U/L). No difference body condition scores observed. All cows presented cytology exams. from had higher rate, larger greater progesterone. Interestingly, no between Groups 2, even status. These findings suggest loss beyond 19. It suggests late mortality may insufficiency. conclusion, injury and/or GGT does not alter neutrophils, however lower (<30U/L) increased Therefore, allow us screen foresee successful cattle.

Interferon-stimulated gene-15 (Isg15) expression is up-regulated in the mouse uterus in response to the implanting conceptus.
An early response of the human and bovine endometrium to pregnancy is induction of an interferon (IFN)-stimulated gene (ISG) that encodes the ubiquitin-related protein, ISG15. Because the mode of implantation differs among species, we tested whether Isg15 mRNA was also expressed in the mouse uterus in response to the implanting conceptus. Isg15 mRNA was detected in the mouse uterus and increase...
متن کاملInterferon-stimulated Gene 15 (ISG15) is a trigger for tumorigenesis and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common cancers worldwide with poor prognosis. IFN-stimulated genes 15 (ISG15) is an ubiquitin-like molecule that is strongly upregulated by type I interferons as a primary response to diverse microbial and cellular stress stimuli. However, the role of ISG15 in HCC remains unclear. In this study, we investigated the function of ISG15 during HCC p...

This study investigates the association of Interferon-stimulated gene 15 (ISG15) polymorphisms, ISG15 serum levels and expression with HBV-related liver diseases. The ISG15 promoter and the two exons of the gene were screened for polymorphisms in 766 HBV-infected patients and in 223 controls. Soluble ISG15 levels were measured by ELISA. ISG15 mRNA expression was quantified by qRT-PCR in 36 tumo...
